LUNAR NEW YEAR'S DAY

LUNAR NEW YEAR'S DAY is new year holiday in Korea. lunar new year's day is the biggest holiday in Korea. and my country has lunar calendar. I heard many countries don't have lunar calendar. we have two account day system, so we reckon the days according to the lunar calendar. anyway! we know January 1 is new year, but we celebrate Lunar new year's day.

and we vow to older family that means respect you and receive lucky! after that, they give money to young family.

and we get a money from related family. however, nowadays I'm not child anymore, so I'm little embarrassed, when I received money.

We eat a lot of food, but Tteok-guk is main food, this is rice cake soup. and usually we add mandu(dumpling)! in addition, when we eat this food, we think really we get a 1-old.

so, sometimes if we eat a tteok-guk twice or more we say you get a 2,3 years! this is just kidding in Korea.

Germany wedding tradition

Today I will introduce about Germany wedding.

Germany wedding process for 3 days! In case of Korea, we spend only 1 day.
The first interesting thing is Guests prepare their old dish. and break up the dish in front of groom and bride house, because German believe breaking up dish bring luck.

They sign on the form when family and friends seeing them.

and last wedding day, groom and bride friends draw heart shape on cloth and groom and bride cut down this cloth. next, they pass through the cloth that means pass the first wall. I have never seen this! so interesting!

Whiplash,Muhandojeon

Hi !today I will introduce about whiplash and Korea TV program. First is Whiplash, I love this movie, so I watched twice in theater,and watched again in the plane. because when main character is do his best, I'm not, opposite with me, so this character give inspiration to me and I LOVE LAST sene, when main character revenge to strange teacher. actually, this main character concentrate on his drum so, he losted other things and I have similar experience so I could agree.

Second is Muhandojeon(infinite challenge), and Sangsangjeongbotong(live information box).this is Entertainment show. Muhandojeon is the most famous program in Korea, so many young people love this program. this program is very funny. I have been watching this program since I was a middle student. so, when I was in Korea I always watch  Muhandojeon. Sometimes I don't like go out Sauturday, because I want to watch this program. Sangsangjeongbotong(live information box) shows tasty restaurant and deliciouse recipe, so i love this program!!

Jeju Island in Korea!

Do you know Jeju Island in Korea? Jeju Island is very famous in Korea and other countries. I really recommend Jeju island. and actually, I can't explain all about Jeju because Jeju has many charming point. Jeju Island is totally different from normal city in Korea, because the island is far so direct is really different. and view is really beautiful. If you visit Jeju in spring to summer, you can see a lot of flowers. It is really really cool! In addition, Jeju Island is so unique and beautiful, so it have been desinated as a UNESCO World Heritage site. and you can enjoy many activities like submarine, aquarium, rail trip, or and you can meet haenyeo, korea traditional female diver! nowadays there are a lot of awesome cafe and very unique restaurant, so you can enjoy amazing delicious trip. Thus, many korean like Jeju and go to Jeju. I went to Jeju when I was a high student, so I really want to go again there. and  I'd like to stay very long time slowly.

Language which I Wanna Learn.

I wanna learn Chinese and Japanese. Chinese is very interested for me so that when I listen Chinese talk I really wanna understand. actually, I started Chinese study when I was 14 from real Chinese with my friends for 2 months so that I learned Chinese funny. so, Chinese is very impressive for me. and I learned Chinese when I was a high school students. However, that's not enough. I just learned a little. Thus, if I have chance, I wanna learned Chinese more deeply. Second, I wanna speak in Japanese. Before I came here, I didn't know Japanese, I knew just really basic things, just like thank you, hello, mosimosi in Japanese something like that. However, here are many Japanese so I have met many Japanese friend. and I learned very useful expression. That is really funny. I interested in Japanese and Japan culture and I wanna read hiragana,gatakana! and of course I love travel, so when I meet foreigner, I wanna talk in their language because it makes more can understand each other. also, I can learn their culture and more wide world! 

If i won $10 million in the lottery

First, I want to estimate my ability how much I creative, and if my intuition is right or not by start my business. If I fail, it doesn't matter because I'm young and I have enough money and I think if i don't challenge, there is no fail. Second,I'll go to around the world freely but I don't wanna go to dangerous city. this experience will be amazing and change my life. Third,I'd like to build very meaningful my building with my father. my father job is related with construction. Thus, I have been thinking this plan for few years, so I learned about construction in my university that time I was really excited. I have hoped this plan, so if I save money, I'm going to build, but if i won $10 million in the lottery I will be able to do that plan early. Last, after success my business, I'd like to make my charity organization. Also, I'd like to help military sex slavery who victim of period of Japanese occupation, and students, senior citizen. I felt something during I write down this paragraph, and I realized I have to do many things. I think I should seem to concentrate on my life, spend my time more hardly than now.

I think Calgary is very safe city but my city is little more safe than here. I have some reasons.
First, having a gun and drugs is illegal, in Korea. so nobody haven't gun, so I don't need fear about gun or gangster.
Second, Even though late time there are many people on the road except for small cities. If you go out in very late time, you are safe. However, if you are woman, you should be careful off the beaten path. In addition, nowadays, I saw newspaper about University of Calgary student crime. he hidden drugs and weapon ceiling in a public hallway of the Earth Science building. too close!! It is very shocked to me. When I was in Korea, sometimes I watched a gun accident news. It is not far from me. but I think that's ok because he already arrested, so I feel assured now.
